I like that Te Vii S470 DVB-S2 HDTV PCIe card. I don't know if I'm reading right, but it looks like it supports 8psk and qpsk modulation. Isn't that the first card capable of that?

Yes interesting and that flat dish has dual circular and dual lineal lnbf, yet i did not see a motor.
