Satellite TV Installer Sentenced for Burglaries
A former satellite TV installation technician who pled guilty to casing and burglarizing homes of satellite customers received his sentence in a Great Falls (Montana) courtroom on Wednesday.
Kyle David Peck received three five-year deferred sentences on two burglary charges and one count of theft. The sentences are to run concurrently.
A co-defendant, Axel Cremer, was also sentenced to three years deferred, on one count of theft by common scheme.
Police say Peck stole electronics and other items from homes where he had installed satellite TV. Cremer served as a lookout during the burglaries.
Both were also ordered to pay $698 dollars in restitution.
A third defendant, Brooks Mattfield, is scheduled for trial October 19.
