Well if you put it in the context of Lance aka Paramount using the defense that he is not and was not the owner of that site then mybe you can see the implications

I think the claim is legitimate. David Fuss, want to get out from trouble if he really did program the stb's before sales. Sales people shouldn't do that if they want to stay out of trouble.

I thought Hashhu site operates overseas? It's been a top site before FTABINS started, FTABINS over pass them in the last two year period. I'm familiar with those people listed there, I read their posts before as many others I will assume did, I do recall this is not the first time they got legal issues, very normal when you operate the FTA site, DK want to shut them all down if they can.
