DN and Bell Auto Roll Fix
If USB does not detect, please download through RS232 Null Modem Cable with the following instructions:
1. Download the Neusat HD Loader Tool onto your computer and install.
2. Connect with RS232 null modem cable from your unit to your RS232 port on your computer.
3. Open Neusat HD Loader Tool window and push 'Select File'. Select the latest patch file to upload.
4. Push the power button in the front of the unit.
It should load automatically. Please do not touch or interrupt the download until you see a pop up window on your computer that states that the download has been successfully completed.
Don't forget to unzip before attempting to load.
