E, you're next bro. No, they didn't forget you and your silly new legal disclaimer won't help any either. Freetech Inc. lawsuit coming to a California court near you. Captiveworks on the hit list. Ariza and Fortec will be served by Bell. DF, they are pushing for criminal charges against you. Rxxxx Jr. is going to jail, Rxxxx Sr. will lose the house. Pretending it was someone else is real dumb, bro. Just ask Lxxxx, who is now ratting out all the players and cooperating fully. Stay away from Hash folks - you won't believe who it belongs too, not even TDG knows. Speaking of seizures, seems they won't settle for nothing less than Gxxxx's house on Featherstone. Sorry Sxxxx, JJGee is a real asshole and so are the lawyers.
JJGee knows about the email intercepts by TDG (aka Rxxx Wxxx), Lxxxx, Kxxx, and the Russian. You guys are now facing wiretap charges too. As for Wxxx, there is only one thing JJGee hates more than a satellite pirate and that's a heroin dealer poisoning Florida's kids. Geez, the stuff they uncover when tracking down someone.
And now for the bad news. Up and coming raids or legal action:

fta-newbies and dss-newbies under investigation in Lubbock, Texas. 2 yr. old CC investigation reopened. totalfta is also under investigation. If you are on this list, destroy any evidence IMMEDIATELY.
It seems they are moving on legal action against Mxxxxxx. Mxxxxxx is now using a "piracy disclaimer" which leads me to believe he knows about the
investigation. Bro, you are in deep shit and no disclaimer is going to save you. STOP posting on the forums and destroy your hard drives. Everything you post is documented. They have information about you from yahoo, coperating with paypal and gmail. They have also approached an ISP provider in Cincinnati for your records. And your phone (xxx-xxx-xxxx Nxxx Vxxxx may be under surveillance. You have been emailing files to a Nagrastar informant using txxxxxman@yahoo.com for some time. They will charge you criminally under the DMCA. Bro, I have seen all the affidavits.
HUSC3/4 is now active. Prepare for extended downtimes once the injunctions are in place against Viewtech and Panarex. They will take this thing all the way to Korea to bring charges against the designer/manufacturer.

one more for you,

Are you an FTA dealer in the North America? If so, a $10,000,000 USD lawsuit is coming to a Federal District Court near you, courtesy of JJ Gee and his minions. Don't believe me? Just ask James Lukose (a.k.a. dishjockey), an FTA vendor in Florida. Echostar L.L.C. vs. James Lukose, File 1:2007cv22649, Oct 09 2007.

The decision was made to sue any and all dealers (including our own internal Dish dealers) who sell the following brands of set-top boxes:
1. Viewsat
2. Sonicview
3. Pansat
4. Coolsat
5. Captiveworks
6. ExtremeView
7. Ariza
You might want to think twice before selling an illegal set-top box. We will take your house, seize your bank accounts and reposess all assets that you own - and make sure that all your future earnings are garnished to pay the $10,000,000 USD. For those dealers who are a little delusional, selling a set-top box that implements the Common Scrambling Algorithm ("CSA") without licensing from ETSI and/or the DVB consortium violates the Digital Millenium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other international copyright acts. Viewsat, Sonicview,Pansat, Coolsat, Captiveworks, ExtremeView and Ariza are not licensed to use CSA in North America - only Echostar, ExpressVu and Globecast are authorized. Without the implementation of CSA and the associated S-Boxes, you can't decrypt Echostar programming. That's why these importers are being sued. Furthermore, CSA is implemented by the chipsets in the set-top boxes - not by third party software. It is therefore undeniable that these boxes were designed from the start to illegally decrypt Echostar programming. As if the email intercepts to Mr. Jung Kwak from S. Korea containing software fixes weren't enough.
In other news:
-information about the "John Does" mentioned in the HashHu lawsuit is becoming known. Hey Wilmero, your Los Angeles address showed up on some affidavits - good luck to you bro. We consider you an accessory. If you don't believe me I'll post your address next time.
-the Wicked investigation is ongoing: we have sent copyright infringement notices to BigJx and PGM among others. We have a New York address for BigJx and are attempting to seize his Paypal accounts. Bro, they have like half a dozen moles on Andy's site who pretend to be coders and you are communicating with them and releasing files to them. Like I've told others, destroy your hard drives and stop posting files on the forums or JJ Gee will sue the shit out of you.
Oh, and Mr. Kim, you've got balls still releasing Pansat fixes. If only you knew what I know they know about you.
I find it amusing that Lance accused me of beinf JJG himself. As you can see I can post at times other than 10pm. So much for your observations.
