SilverSurfer V1.3F2 - DN Working



This release marks the first 100% intrepreted Nagra2 BIN. This bin takes updates from the streams and correctly runs the current and past code.

What this means? Load it up, it *should* work for NFL sunday ticket (no guarentee) this weekend, it does work on DN right now.

It also corrects the AR bug present on the 1.3e bin.

Sorry for the false start - This has been updated to a working bin - F2.
