Looks like dealers competition war to get more local Florida customers that letter looks ridiculous do your own advertising and sales would be better for you.. posting crap like this will not get you more customers we all can see that you are accusing a FL dealer and you are from FL hopefully this helps other members understand that no all that we reed here is accurate specially coming from someone that is not a mod and involving dealers reputation

this is old news,but becareful trust in this hobby is getting to the point where you cannot trust anyone

Its better ,to find a local Dealer,were you could walk in for the purchase,,I know it does not apply to all ,,,,If the dealer or individual does not have a good reputation dont buy from them,,,,,,

And if I may add, PAY CASH!

Snakehunter, you need to cool your jets...Angelo's post was a C/P from another site, CUT / Paste...not his own words, or agenda as you claim. Secondly, being as new to the site as YOU are, maybe you don't realise that MOST information provided here is not provided by Moderators, but by Members like Angelo, who are willing to take the time to look into news and information from more than one perspective. Maybe his post is just to stir and generate traffic at another web site. It worked, I went, I read, and I concluded that none of it affected ME. I also concluded that BOTH sides of that argument were posting distorted truths, and no one will come out a winner.:(

Thats right alot of post by Angelo,provide us with good info,,,and it seems like Snakehuhters post are just about trying to sell you receivers ,etc ,like i said only buy from a trusted person,,with good reputation

I read the same article Angelo read and i'm in complete agreement with the article. I believe it's true or it would'nt be getting so much publicity "negative type" all around these types of comunities.

i dont know if its true or not .. thats the reason for the questions marks in the title. i was hoping that someone would know more about this story.. and i only buy from a authorized dealer and i also try to find a local dealer.

Ftagal Busted???? this is not a statement, its a question. I dont know if its true or not since i never heard of these people. But was wondering if anyone knew this company or if the story was correct. seems like some people need to learn how to read before they post.

the whole thing about ftagal is posted at satscams,this and many many articles like this are posted there.it would be some good reading while everyone is waiting for fixes

Yes we checked them out and would never allow an untrustworthy site to support us.

Threads like this one bum me out. We are a great community here and this is my favorite web page.

Is my first post and is sad that it has to be to say this,but if they got busted by feds the first thing they tell you if that you will do like 40 year and up,that you will loose your family and friend and that others will stay happy out there selling while they are luck,is hard for some one to not crumble under this pressure more if they have money and are enjoying what they have,and are not people who have serve time for something.


If it really happen i say they are working to get every one down,to get a better deal and less years,yes less years because in the end they have to serve years even if they trow every one inside.
