Well I heard about a week ago about some rumor that Ha**hu was going to get in some hot water. Then I saw the actual thread, it was posted by some guy named SILeaker. And it went on to talk about how Veracity a.k.a thedssguy was going to get in some trouble.

Then today I went to Ha**hu and they removed ALL THEIR FILES?!?! Then I saw TDG posted that Ha**Hu got what sounded to be a cease and desist letter? I can't remember exactly what he wrote since the thread was deleted.

Now it looks like something REAL is going on with Ha**hu and ALL files are gone...

Is Ha**hu going to be shutdown?

are they going to turn over records to the authorities?

Whats going to happen?

I am sure most people are concerned... and no one will ever know what is really going on behind the scenes..

what do you guys think about this?

The decision was made today at Ha**Hu to remove all Fta Files and Keys from the site. According to H**h management they are cleaning up the site to avoid any future site disruption.

Many are speculating that this move is directly related to the rumor that surfaced last week on Royce's site about one of the admins at H**h getting busted. Royce later posted that the admin in question was not busted but rather " VISITED " and given some options.

While the Admin and Mods at H**h deny that any of these rumors are true and insist they were made up Coolsat supporting sites it definately appears that something is not right over there.

Recent events at Ha**Hu.....civil legal actions being taken against the owners/company..being sued (2 suits)for $10 million each suit...

I recommend u all stay away from Ha**Hu now..U can ask to have your email and account removed from their database, but it won't happen..and having a server in Asia, doesn't necessarily protect the site..hashhu is still up and running BUT NO FILES OR KEY FINDERS ALLOWED NOW except for legal factory files..

TDG is playing dumb and innocent while the owner is trying to sell quick, hoping the lawsuit will transfer to the new owners, but nobody will be that stupid to buy...

expect more satellite sites to be hit next with legal proceedings...so U way want to consider asking to remove your accounts at some just as a precaution..

again, suggest U stay away from Ha**Hu now!

BTW...rumor mill says r**10x site using the same server will be next..

TDG does nothing but talk crap, I wouldn't trust anything that comes out of his mouth..

Last year, when map57 disable fta boxes for 2 or moths. When all fta boxes were out, was a rymor that h**uh was own by veracity or tdg....... maybe that explains why he hasent got banned from there.

To the Admins/Mods here, either you are covering up to be loyal or you don't know. I believe you don't know but TDG does. You need to shed your loyality and think what is right for the community and what is right/best for your reputations. Press for answers and do the right thing.


To the members, The site was 100% served with a lawsuit. The site has serious problems. The Plaintiffs will move quickly for an Injunction Order most likely to shut down the site is my thought based on legal past occurances I have seen this many many times before through out many years. If the site disappears next week or shortly after then you'll know why. If it disappears then its over and the defendents will move to make a settlement that can include many things or wait for a Default Judgement. Either way its a bad situation. I want you to have some sort of explaination versus the site disappearing with none leaving you to ask questions no where but on other sites without any real answers.


To Veracity/TDG, I have heard alot of things about you but never really commented until now because I see your behaviour first hand now. Forget your pride, forget your financial interests. Tell the members here the truth or you will always be known for caring about yourself more then the members of the community. Many have accuse you of that before but now you will be able to determined that reputation one way or the other. Maybe you don't care or maybe you never had I don't know. Lets see.


You can bash me, ban me or say whatever you want but this was meant to tell you to do the right thing and is sent with good intentions and in good faith. You have a choice to make and you ought to really think about it.


Close the thread if you want but I will save it because I want people to know you were told now that you could make a choice and to make one people could respect. I hope people respect what I tried to do here and respect what I tried to tell you.
