I am having trouble loading the Coolsat files from the computer to the coolsat.

I am trying to load the file
COOLSAT6000_NORW_173_20080418.stb with the loader XXXXX.EXE

I have it hooked up properly I think, and the computer claims the COM Port 1 is working properly; but the loader (XXXXX.exe) doesn't find the port ("No available COM port) so I can't transfer the file when I turn on the Coolsat and click Auto Detect.

Any suggestions?
