Hi all, hopefully someone can help. My friend has a Pansat 3500 and is trying to get sats. 110 and 119 but we are having no luck. Bev is working and we have loaded the latest bin X 05aBL 081010 V301T api. He has never had 110 and 119 before so we are not sure if there is something different we have to do. All channels have been scanned and everything looks good but all he gets is "Scrambled or no Signal".
At one time we use to use the bin loader and patch cord until we found out that there was a card with the 3500. My friend bought the adapter and we downloaded the new bin to the card and then to the receiver with no problems.
When on either 110 or 119 both Quality and Signal are good.
Is there something else we have to do to the receiver.
