hi my name is andrew and i am new . i have a few question about sonicview 360 elite ,can somebody help me to setup to get full chanel guide . some of my chanel have no audio or signal . please if you guy can help me to setup from the start ,and what is loader . do ineed it to download (i use usb to upgrade bin) i also have viewsat vs 2000 , how to upgrade bin and what do ineed to do that .hope you guy can help me thanks
