YOUR WRONG,i have my majicjack and it works great, so do the seven other friends of mine. you just need to know how to set it up.
there are times that it will have an echo effect sound on the other persons phone, but i learned that the problem was in the volume being set to high. as to the tech support. i had used the internet chat support several times in the past and the response was extremely helpful, and stayed with me until i did everything to fix the problem.

I got my magicjack exactly a year ago and just renewed my contract for another year for only $19.99 I have recomended it to friends and they all love it,best v.o.i.p service for the price,granted it is not perfect but for 19.99/year it saves me a lot of cash I save aprox.$800.00/year,the problem is some people want a ferrari at a pinto price,I have had no problems with my MJ worked great from start and it is only getting better,Seriously this device is worth a lot more than what it is being sold for.If you are having issues with your MJ try http://www.magicjacksupport.com/ for technical help.
