Cardless fix for Neosat on bev

c/p.. ok just tested this file on my lite its working! also worked on ipro 1000 dish and bev all channels

1.PPVs and all other Adult are open on B side.
2. All satellites and TPs are updated
3. Before load up, factory default is recommended.
Boot loader ver1.30 is needed to be on the receiver
