1) load new factory file 7.08 NPB as bootloader
2) load new Upgrade file 4.06 NPB as bootloader
Fixes recording issues with ( ; ) symbol.

Loading this file (4.06) as bootloader is correct. Loading as software upgrader will do no harm and many ppl load it as such.
