Blue Panel - Addons - Download and install - CAMS - Scroll to opencam - press OK to download - Press Green Button to Install - restart enigma2, and select Opencam from the Blue Panel main screen, and press the Green Button to Start/Restart CAM

Please note that the other files "keys and such" has to be ftp'd to the box.
