Talk about bizzaro. nFusion is now not only admitting to being raided but they asking for donations to fight Dish/Bev.
I would disconnect those nFusion IKS systems right about now..
After denying for weeks that the Digital Store was raided, a well known nfusion supporter finally broke his silence about what is going on...and guess what?
He had the nerve to ask for donations to the legal fund!
That's right folks...after weeks of denying anything ever happened at the Digital Store locations, nfusion-whores like Sakefatcat repeatedly telling concerned members to shut up, nothing was wrong and accusing those of saying that "things seem fishy" of being ignorant nfusion haters and that the whole story of the bust was fabricated by jealous competitors...now they want YOUR money to help fight the court battle!

Digital Store is or was the main source for nFusion and Dish and Bev are spending lots of money to try to put them out of business.
They are afraid of what nfusion can do.
Dish and Bev are bullies and have very expensive lawyers that use terrorism to get what they want!
They can in fact and will charge all satellite stores because they are claiming that fta's are illegal and should be banned.
Yes, they are saying FTA's (un-programmed) are used only for 1 reason and they want to make it illegal to sell.
In the meantime, they go to a judge and claim that company x is selling illegal items and want to get a warrant to seize and search. They have very poor evidence but they don't care, they are not hear to get a verdict, they are here to force the stores to go to court and spend hundred of thousand of dollars in court.
What they want is to make a deal to close the stores and not go to court.
If you want to help, Digital Store should set up a donation for lawyer funds and everyone should chip in some funds like $10 each to pay for the court fees for them to get the best lawyers and start fighting back.
They are going to use the rulings of these cases to try and get what they want.
If they get a judge to make Digital Store pay Dish and Bev for damages because they can prove that Digital Store knew what is possible with fta, then all stores will be shut down very fast and that will be the end for all fta and whom ever decide to sell them will charge you about $700 a pop for a $150 receiver.
For those that think you have freedom in Canada and the US, it is not true.
Money rules the world and if you got good lawyers, right or wrong, you can put someone out of business.
I am sure once the documents become public, Digital Store will able to explain what is going on but Digital Store and a few other satellite store have this issue and this is just the beginning.
For you info, Digital Store does not program and does not give any website or anything that is illegal to the customer. They sell only fta receivers for fta use.
I have contacted Digital Store and tried to get more info but they are under an order not to tell anyone anything so don't know the details but have spoken to other stores and this is the info I have had provided.
I do hope they fight this and set the future for all the stores to be able to allow the sales of fta’s.
If a store was programming or assisting customers to use the fta for other reasons, I can understand the issue but if the item is legal and allowed to come in the country which the stores pay taxes on and store does not do anything illegal, they should not be threaten dish or bev and have to prove themselves innocence.
That would be equivalent of me claiming that best buy sells dvd burners to copy movies so lets get a warrant to seize all dvd burners and if best buy has any dvd burner for sale ever again, we should shut them down and put them in jail.
Think about it but your rights are being abused by those that have the money to do as they please.

No way anyone should give a dime to these guys, they are liars.....if you donate your cash you have no idea if they will actually use the fund for it's intended purpose or not....after all, they were willing to put the whole community in jeopardy by keeping everyone in the dark about what was really going on.
