can you say Busted!!!!!


Washington State Department of Natural Resorces and the Grays Harbor Sheriff's department served warrents to the Aqua Logger today (Friday 3-13) for illegally removing logs from the Hoquiam River.

Apparently besides not knowing what they are doing (although funny as heck to watch) they didn't pull any permits. (JACK ASSES)

It is considered a violation of state law and theft of public property.

Too bad, but hopefully it will keep this guy from getting killed. I've been amazed watching this guy operate like a druken sailor.

The local news here is reporting that, according to the DNR, Jimmy has in the past inquired about a permit. However the DNR says they only issue permits when the logs create a log-jam or navigation hazard, and that they typically don't issue harvest permits.


lol here is the good part lol i was talking to my kids 11 and 14 my boy thinks both are DEE DEE DEE , Window lickers ect ...ect....

so this is what my kids came up with
they said he Dad.. them short bus riders at S&S loging from ax men do have a permit! A permit to be ridiculous!!!!!!
