TDG wasn't a coder simply a middle man and dealer who had ties to BL or BL group. His only connection to all this was providing updates on behalf of BL and posting filles so I really can't see what the point of dragging his ass through the courts would make unless it was for a informative basis. I kinda miss him we had some good flame fests several years ago when I was modding for the now long gone original dssbbs.
