It has been reported the patch is not needed with this particular bin.
Also, when inputting the keys use ID 7306 and not ID 7311

after loading cw650sv1.74, you have to add provider ID 007306 -90. In the Accessory - Key menu in nagra 2, you can see 007311-80 and 007311-90.
Press audio button-(red).
Enter 007306-90
On the left side of your tv screen, you can see OK option, highlight OK by remote and press ok.
Press exit .Watch your tv
