Cannot Login? Login Issues? Need Help?

If you are having issues with Logging into the forum. Here are some possible reasons and solutions. Follow the 6 steps below and you will be logged into the site in no time!

Step 1 - Try Again

Initially if you cannot login to the forums right away on the first attempt, don't be alarmed. Be certain the username and password you are using is accurate, then try again. Remember that usernames and passwords are case sensitive. If after a few tries you still cannot login to the site then read below.

Step 2 - Use The Save Checkbox

Make sure the "Save" checkbox next to the login area is checked off. This not being checked off can cause login issues.

Step 3 - Use The Forgot Password Feature

So your username and password are not working? Remember 99% of login issues are a incorrect username/password either because you have forgotten your username and password or you are not entering it in correctly. If you have forgotten your password, please use the forgot password link below and enter in the email address you used to sign up to FTABins.NET and request a password reset via Email. Please note, if you have more then one FTABins.NET account registered to a single email address, you will receive several password reset emails, one for each account you have. Junk/Spam Info Don't forget to check your Junk/Spam Folder for your password reset email. Check that your Junk/Spam filter is not set to automatically delete Junk/Spam emails or you will not receive the password reset email. Step 4 - Enable Your Cookies

Step 5 - Try Firefox

If you have an out-of-date Web Browser, this can sometimes cause login issues. We recommend using an up-to-date, modern and efficient Web Browser such as Firefox which can be downloaded at www.firefox.com. Using an up-to-date Web Browser will lower your chances of having any login issues in the future as well. Download Firefox

Step 6 - Register Again
