Globalive was stopped by the CRTC because of ownership rules. Nothing else. The rules were clearly set out before. Globalive is now trying to get the rules changed as well as looking at how they can change the ownership of the company. Once ownership is within the guidelines, they are up and running from what I have read.
I hope we do get more competition.
Bell TV has just announced that they have 100 HD channels. Of course the comments I am hearing is they are as good as Shaw Direct's SD channels.
